Jorge Maldonado is the Vice President and Co-Owner of The Roofing Brothers of Naples. JR leads the Roofing Repair Sales Department at The Roofing Brothers of Naples and is often one of the first people customers meet when they need help with their roof.
Known for his friendly, personable approach, JR takes the time to listen to each customer's concerns, explain what may be happening with their roof, and help them understand their repair options without unnecessary pressure. He oversees the company's Metal Fabrication Department, where precision, efficiency, and innovation are at the heart of the work. With a passion for technology and finding smarter ways to solve problems, Omero continually looks for innovative tools, techniques, and fabrication solutions that improve the quality and efficiency of roofing projects. Lewis serves as the Lead Field Supervisor for The Roofing Brothers of Naples, bringing more than 40 years of roofing experience to every project he oversees. After more than a decade with The Roofing Brothers, Lewis has become an integral part of the team and a trusted leader in the field.
With decades of hands-on roofing experience, Lewis brings extensive knowledge of installation, repairs, troubleshooting, and job-site management. His expertise allows him to recognize potential issues, maintain high standards of workmanship, and help ensure each project is completed properly from start to finish.
Lewis also has a long-standing professional relationship with Jorge and Omero, having worked closely with them for more than 25 years. That history has helped create a strong foundation of trust, teamwork, and shared commitment to quality.
As Lead Field Supervisor, Lewis brings experience, knowledge, and leadership to every job site—helping The Roofing Brothers maintain the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail our customers expect.
As Vice President of Operations at The Roofing Brothers of Naples, Zach plays an essential role in ensuring every roofing project is organized, coordinated, and professionally managed from start to finish. He oversees day-to-day field operations and serves as a key point of communication between our crews, homeowners, and general contractors, making sure everyone stays informed and each project progresses smoothly.
Customer service and professionalism are at the heart of Zach’s approach. He believes homeowners should feel confident and well-informed throughout the entire roofing process. From answering questions and providing project updates to addressing concerns promptly, Zach makes clear communication, responsiveness, and respect for every customer a top priority.
In addition to overseeing operations, Zach is an integral part of our roofing sales team. His hands-on field knowledge allows him to help customers understand their roofing options and make informed decisions based on their property, needs, and budget.
As Scheduling & Office Assistant at The Roofing Brothers of Naples, Roxie plays an important role in keeping our projects organized and our customers informed. She helps coordinate project schedules, supports our field and office teams, and ensures communication continues throughout every stage of the roofing process.
A key part of Roxie’s role is managing our In-Progress Roof Updates, providing homeowners with daily project reports and updates so they know what is happening with their roof and what to expect next. She works closely with our operations and field teams to keep information accurate, timely, and clearly communicated.
Roxie’s commitment to customer service, responsiveness, and organization helps create a smoother experience for our clients. From scheduling and project updates to answering questions and helping coordinate details behind the scenes, her priority is making sure every homeowner feels informed, supported, and connected throughout their project.
