Sealing of Penetrations

We will seal flashings and pipe penetrations to prevent water intrusion and maintain the integrity of your roof.

Inspection for Damaged Roofing Materials

For tile roofs: We will inspect for cracked or broken tiles and perform minor repairs.

For shingle roofs: We will check for missing, curling, or damaged shingles and perform minor repairs. 

For metal roofs: We will look for rust, corrosion, and loose panels

Detailed Inspection Report-

After the maintenance visit, we will provide a comprehensive report detailing our findings, any completed repairs, and recommendations for additional services if needed.

Gutter Cleaning

We will thoroughly clean gutters and downspouts to ensure proper drainage and prevent water buildup.

Assessment of Roof System Fatigue

We will check for any signs of fatigue or weaknesses in the roof system, such as sagging, warping, or loose materials.

We will take before and after pictures of any repairable items to provide a clear overview of the work performed.
